Roderick always had a thing for real estate, from the moment he bought his first one-bedroom apartment in Paris at age 23. Over the years, real estate turned into something deeper - investments in Paris, Colorado, Eagle River; managing a Nordic-designed short term rental in Anchorage; creating spaces and experiences that feel intentional and grounded.

Born and raised in France from Polish parents, it was only natural that he followed their steps traveling across the world to discover new cultures and seek adventures.

Before his move to Anchorage, Roderick worked in investment banking for over 15 years in Paris and in New York City, in the fast-paced, analytical and precise environments of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raising and Equity Derivatives.

That experience taught him how to approach every decisions, every investment, every project: with method, intention, cognizant of the numbers and the story they tell. This didn't prevent him seeing real estate as more than just a transaction, but a story, a feeling, the perspective of new memories or of profitable investments for a brighter future.

He has now embraced this passion, dedicating himself to it, connecting with people who are facing the same questions he faced when he was starting on his journey.
